Return & Exchange Policy
- We only accept returns at the time of delivery. Customers are requested to check the product carefully in front of the delivery person before accepting the parcel and after completion delivery, no complaints will be accepted.
- Only delivery charge will be applicable in case of return.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Customized or discounted products may not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the wrong or damaged product was delivered.
